PA state Rep. Maureen Madden voiced her support for legislation that would help improve the process in permitting grandparents to care for grandchildren when their parents are undergoing an opioid abuse treatment program. This bill would provide emergency grants to these grandparents to help offset the costs of everyday living essentials.
