My name is Linda Rivera. I am a federal lobbyist with ECETT (End Child Exploitation Think Tank, Washington, D.C.) and a domestic violence advocate affiliated with the Survivor Center in Florida.
This is a Public Notice to Family Court & Domestic Violence Survivors of Monroe County, PA
Over the past several years, I have personally experienced and documented systemic misconduct, conflicts of interest, and constitutional violations within the Monroe County family court system. Based on court records, transcripts, and ongoing litigation, I am actively challenging coordinated actions that have resulted in the unlawful deprivation of parental rights and the protection of abusers under color of law.
I am currently pursuing civil litigation against Judge Jennifer H. Sibum, Attorney Gary J. Saylor, II (CSMJ&S), and additional court actors. I am also preparing federal civil rights and RICO-based actions relating to patterns of racketeering, fraud upon the court, and deprivation of rights.
I am seeking other family court and domestic violence survivors who are willing to:
- Share documented experiences
- Identify judicial or court-appointed actors involved in their cases
- Execute sworn criminal affidavits based on firsthand knowledge
- Assist in building a fact-based evidentiary record of systemic misconduct
