ARRESTDetails MapOn Saturday, November 8th, 2025, at approximately 1424 hours, an officer with Pocono Township Police Department was monitoring traffic at SR0611 and SR0314 when he observed a white Nissan Juke bearing PA registration LSR-2859 making a left onto SR0314 with significant front-end damage and the front passenger tire dragging. The Officer conducted a traffic stop and found that the driver, Kyle Mclaughlin, a 25-year-old male from Mount Pocono, crashed into the shoulder barrier of SR00611 and continued driving. Through further investigation, the officer believed that Kyle was under the influence of a controlled substance. Kyle was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe county DUI center for processing. Kyle will be charged with driving under the influence of drugs and other related charges.
