ARREST
On November 30th, 2025 at approximately 02:22 P.M. officers of the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to a residence in regard to a neighbor dispute involving a firearm. Officers made contact with the defendant in this matter, Enirque Marin, of Tannersville. Who advised that during an argument with a neighbor he flashed a realistic looking BB gun and made threatening comments. Officers also made contact with the victim who believed the BB gun to be real at the time.
Charges for simple assault, and harassment filed.
