Presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. ARRESTDetails MapOn December 16, 2025, the Pocono Township Police Department received a report of theft of services from The Swiftwater Hotel in Swiftwater. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Cortez D. Livingston and Tyson J. Livingston, both of Carrollton, Texas, obtained hotel and restaurant services at the hotel on December 11-12. Upon checkout, the males failed to pay for the services and upon contacted refused payment. An Officer made contact with both individuals and it was confirmed that they both stayed at the hotel and that they purposely did not pay for services.
Cortez D. Livingston possesses active warrants out of Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia
Charges have been filed.
