There are more than 800 Short-term Rental Licenses issued in the township. STR is not allowed in Commercial or Industrial zoned areas. Please be advised that due to road maintenance, Cayuga Drive in Tobyhanna will be closed at the intersection of Route 611 beginning on Monday, October 7th at 9am. When traveling from Route 611, the posted detour will be as follows: Hemlock Drive to Goose Pond Road to Kilmer Drive and back onto Cayuga Drive. The road is anticipated to be closed for at least one week, weather permitting. Please stay alert for workers in the area and allow extra time for travel.
