POLK TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT ORDINANCE
The Polk Township Board of Supervisor, at a regular meeting to be held at May 17, 2026 at 6:30pm, intends to adopt an ordinance amending the official zoning map of Polk Township to rezone property owned by James L. Saeger and Julia M. Saeger located at 520 Weir Lake Road, Gilbert, PA 18331, bearing county tax parcel number 13 .2.1.90-9, from and R-1 zone to R-3 zone.
A Public hearing was held on said request on Februrary 23, 2026 and the Board of Supervisor voted to approve the change thereafter.
