On November 5th, 2025, Officers of the Pocono Township Police Department were called to the Camelback Lodge for the theft of a wallet and the un-authorized use of credit cards. While officers where en route the victims advised that the cards were recently used at multiple stores in the Crossings. The subsequent investigation, involving multiple law enforcement agencies, led to the identification the persons involved. Ricardo Mattis, of Brooklyn New York, was charged with access device fraud, theft, and receiving stolen property.

A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.
