Fri, 12 Dec 2025 00:00:00 BOROUGH OF PORTLAND NOTICE OF BOROUGH COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION 2026 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULES The Regular Meetings of Borough Council of the Borough of Portland, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, will be held the first Monday of every month in the year 2026, except for the month of September, when Borough Council will meet the second Monday of the month (September 14th). The Borough Council will also meet on the fourth Monday of every month, except for the month of May. The Portland Borough Planning Commission will meet on the third Monday
