Sun, 16 Nov 2025 00:00:00 BOROUGH OF PORTLAND NOTICE OF THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET FOR INSPECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council for the Borough of Portland, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, has adopted a proposed 2026 Budget for the Borough, including General Fund, Sewer Fund, and Sanitation Fund. Said proposed Budget is available for public inspection at the Portland Municipal Building located at 206 Division Street, Portland, Pennsylvania. Borough Council intends to adopt the final 2026 Budget for the Borough at its regular meeting
