EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — The Monroe County District Attorney has announced that former Police Chief Todd Alan Graeff of Manor Township, in Lancaster County, has been found guilty of an incident that occurred at a resort in the Poconos. According to D.A. Mike Mancuso, the incident occurred in July of 2022 at Kalahari Resort where Graeff was attending a police chief conference and the victim stated he inappropriately touched her on the water slide.
