Happy New Year 2026! 2026 is upon us and the Stroud Area Regional Police Department would like to remind you of the features available on our Crimewatch platform under the Forms tab. So why not make a resolution to help us help you by completing the registries below.
- If you own a bicycle or received one as a gift this holiday, be sure to register it on our Bike Registry. This will ensure a higher chance of recovery in the event it is lost or stolen.
- Have residential or commercial security cameras, take a moment and register them in our Camera Registry. Pictures and video are worth a thousand words and is one of the best methods for catching and convicting criminals.
- Furry family members can be registered in our Pet Registry. Should they escape or wander off, the information provided can get them back home quickly.
- Persons with special needs, on the autism spectrum, suffer from dementia or Alzheimer's, use a service dog or any life support systems, please use the Handle with Care registry. Any information provided will greatly help the interaction we may have with them, so we can get them the proper assistance.
- Have information about a crime or know someone that has a warrant, you can Submit a Tip to let us know. Tipsters can remain anonymous or leave their contact information for the investigating officer.

Our administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, and Friday, January 2, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. The offices will re-open on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
When the administrative office is CLOSED, SARPD Officers are always on duty. If you need assistance or to speak to an Officer- Please call the Monroe County Control Centers Non-Emergency # 570-992-9911 to have an Officer respond to the front of headquarters to speak to you in person, if requested. There is also a telephone to the left side of the front office lobby doors to be used to contact 911 or request an officer for assistance. The phone will automatically connect to the Monroe County Control Center.
