A pristine and historic 142-acre tract near Mill Creek in Barrett Township has been protected for perpetuity, thanks to an agreement between Warren "Mickey" Miller and Pocono Heritage Land Trust. It is PHLT's latest donated and preserved property, with additional properties in the pipeline.
The donation is from the heart, since the land has sentimental value for Miller. The woodland parcel has been in his late wife's family - the Price family - for generations.
