PA state Rep. Maureen Madden, chair of the PA House Aging and Older Adult Services Committee, hosted an Ice Cream Social for area seniors at the Loder Center in East Stroudsburg. In addition to offering music and ice cream, Madden was joined by the Office of the Attorney General for a presentation on how to avoid scams and keep personal information safe.
