On October 10, 2025 at approximately 2250 hours, Officers participated in a DUI Sobriety Checkpoint in association with the North Central Regional DUI Enforcement Program and the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. Officers made contact with Ramon R. Manoyrine Jr., an 18-year-old male from Nesquehoning, PA. and after further investigation placed him under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges have been filed on Manoyrine Jr.
