ARRESTDetails MapOn Sunday, September 28th, 2025 at approximately 1304 hours, a Pocono Township Police Officer was dispatched to a local hotel to assist the staff with evicting a guest. Upon arrival the officer found out through his investigation that the male guest, Thomas Burke, 57-year-old from New Jersey, forced one of the employees into him by grabbing her waist and kissing her on the cheek after making inappropriate comments. The employee attempted to get away and continue working when Thomas forced the same actions for a second time. Thomas was transported to Monroe County Correctional Facility on processed on indecent assault and other related charges.
