RE: Opinion on Resolutions Relating to Supervisors’ 2026 Employee Compensation
Dear Auditors:
As you are aware, I have been appointed as conflict counsel by the Barrett Township Supervisors for the limited purpose of providing certain opinions to you as the Board of Auditors for Barrett Township relating to Supervisor compensation. Please note that this appointment is expressly not made pursuant to Section 906 of the Second Class Township Code and the procedures required thereunder, but rather as a limited conflict counsel appointment to assist the Barrett Township Board of Auditors in this matter. My only other legal representation related to Barrett Township is as counsel to the Barrett Township Zoning Officer.
