NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CJER BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS The CJER Building Code Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building, 271 Route 715, Brodheadsville, Pa 18322, for the purpose of hearing the continued Appeal of Phillip and Amber Gower from a Notice of Violation issued by the Building Code Official dated May 9, 2024, relating to property owned by Appellant located in Chestnuthill Township, Pennsylvania, at 610 Gilbert Road, Gilbert, Pa, 18331 bearing tax pin number 02-6238-00-80-8901. This Hearing is a continuation of a Hearing initially held on August 13, 2024. At that time the Board agreed to continue the Hearing for unresolved issues. This is a Public Hearing and any interested party is invited to attend. A copy of the Notice of Violation and Appeal is available for inspection at the Township office during regular business hours.
